We have a simple, straightforward and have a streamlined way of doing business...
When customers contact us their call is answered by one of our "live operator/dispatchers", who determines the job location and specifics of the work required.  We dispatch the job to ONE of our "pre-qualified" service providers in the area (licensed, insured and guarantee on new installs). Our service provider gives their normal price and is paid directly by the customer. Rather than paying a percentage of the job, our service provider simply pays a flat per call fee. 

Authorized Service Provider Requirements: 
Authorized Service Providers must be: Licensed (as required for your area), Insured (General Liability Insurance), and stand behind their “new install” work with a written guarantee!

What It Costs:  

Billing Procedure:

A.   A. Customer Call Reports are emailed for your review on the last of each month detailing all dispatched customer calls to your company for the month.

B.   B. Your account will be charged a $ 30.00 per call listed on your call activity report, plus a minimum $ 30.00 Per Month Authorized Service Provider Participation & Marketing Support Fee at initial signup and every thirty days following your account creation.

C. Your credit card will be processed securely through the Paypal payment gateway.

D. If you have questions regarding your account and/or billing, please contact us at 1-800-Repairs.

E. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the paypal website or by calling us at 1-800-Repairs.

Important: Your account is only charged if your company is approved to become an Authorized Service Provider.If approved, you will be notified by our Service Provider Support Team.

1. We dispatch our work orders to ONE service provider.

2. Our service provider charges their regular rate and is paid directly by the customer

3. Rather than paying us a percentage of the job, they simply pay a flat per call fee

4. We allow our service providers to set their own budget for the amount of calls they want

1. We don't dispatch customer work orders to multiple service providers

2. We don't set your rates

3. We don't charge a percentage of the job

4. We don't charge anything for work orders you may decline  

5. We don't charge annual or monthly fees and don’t require a long term contract
