We have a simple, straightforward and have a streamlined way of doing business...
When customers contact us their call is answered by one of our "live operator/dispatchers", who determines the job location and specifics of the work required.  We dispatch the job to ONE of our "pre-qualified" service providers in the area (licensed, insured and guarantee on new installs). Our service provider gives their normal price and is paid directly by the customer. Rather than paying a percentage of the job, our service provider simply pays a flat per call fee. 

This is what "We Do" 

1. We dispatch our work orders to ONE service provider.

2. Our service provider charges their regular rate and is paid directly by the customer

3. Rather than paying us a percentage of the job, they simply pay a flat per call fee

4. We allow our service providers to set their own budget for the amount of calls they want  

This is what "We Don't Do".

1. We don't dispatch customer work orders to multiple service providers

2. We don't set your rates

3. We don't charge a percentage of the job

4. We don't charge anything for work orders you may decline
